Once the seat of the Lithuanian Grand Dukes, the Castle now houses a museum of local history and a huge collection of objects d’art.
After Trakai Castle visit we take a road winding between the lakes and then reach the highway to Kaunas. As we pass Kaunas drive continues on a picturesque road along the Nemunas River. Tour ends upon reaching Nemunas Delta Regional Park where we settle for the overnight in a countryside cottage or a guest house.

Day 4 (227 km drive)
Ride continues to the Curonian Spit, one of the most impressive natural sites in Lithuania and the Baltic region.
En route a visit to Minge village – the so called Lithuanian Venice, where the main street is the river and the only transportation means is the boat.  Upon reaching Klaipeda – the capital of the Western part of  Lithuania - we visit it’s Theatre Square dominated by the statue of the girl “Ann from Tharau”, walk along narrow alleyways with attractive courtyards, art galleries, cafes and small boutiques, pass by blocks of lattice-work buildings, old warehouses reflecting the influence of Germanic architecture of the Hanseatic period.

We take a ferry to Curonian Spit National Park, one of the most beautiful places in Lithuania.
Hill of Witches, fishermen village buried under the sand, huge white sand dunes and endless horizon where sea mingles with the sky…
Return for overnight to countryside cottage.

Day 5 (423 km drive)
Today we reach Latvia. We head north along the Baltic seashore and reach Liepaja, the second biggest seaport of Latvia. After a short sightseeing tour of the town we turn east and take a scenic road of alternating plains and hills which again brings us back to the sea coast and the famous resort Jurmala. A tour there features charming wooden summer cottages decorated with carvings dating back to the 1900’s complementing the more recently built villas, spa and health centers.
Afterwards we pass by the capital city Riga and continue up north. Today’s drive ends in Gauja National Park where we stop for an overnight in a cottage close to the medieval town Sigulda.
Overnight in a hotel.

Day 6
Today we explore Sigulda and it’s surroundings.
The park, located in the Gauja River valley, is known as the most popular tourist and leisure destination in Latvia.  A tour enables one to experience a genuine whiff of the Middle Ages, a time of romantic legends, castles and heroic figures by visiting the ruins of the 13th  century Turaida Castle and a local History Museum, viewing “the garden of Gods” from the 30 m high fortification tower, walking to the sandstone grottoes on the ancient river bank. Besides sightseeing of cultural and historical highlights Sigulda offers a range of various and exclusive activities: riding the only one in Baltics cable car above trees and the Gauja river, flying high in the vertical wind tunnel in Aerodium, jumping with catapult or from a cable car in 43 m height with a Bungee jumping, bobsleighing in wheeled bobs, and so on.
Overnight in Sigulda.

Day 7 (395 km drive)
We leave Sigulda and continue in the northern direction towards Estonia. En route a stop in Cesis, Latvian town, where we visit medieval Livonian Castle. Continue tour passing Valga/Valka -  a border town between  Latvia and Estonia.  After a few hours drive we reach Tartu, the second city of Estonia, which once was an important Hanseatic Town and now is an academic center.
With countless historical wooden buildings and charming 19th-century streets, Tartu boasts an especially appealing riverfront, and the Emajogi River meanders its way around the city itself, flowing gently past a number of important landmarks. Our journey continues to Tallinn, the capital of Estonia where our next overnight is planned. Evening walk in the Old town of Tallinn upon arrival.

Day 8 (218 km drive )
This day morning we start with challenging climb to the tower  of St. Olaf’s church for the panoramic overview of Tallinn.  Further we continue to South West of  Estonia – Saaremaa island.
The trip from the mainland of Estonia passes through some of the country's most beautiful scenery. In particular the stretch from Muhu island onto Saaremaa makes the journey more than worthwhile! Ferry transfer is not avoidable. Muhu island is famous due it’s etnographic Koguva village (founded in 1532) and the living village etnographic museum. We ride the dam connecting Muhu and Saremaa islands.
Our overnight is planned in Kuressare – the only town on the island as well as it’s capital.

Day 9
Saaremaa is known as a good recreation place with unique nature and a lot of sightseeing places. The island has retained its uniqueness due to its location and insulation.
Saaremaa is the biggest of three big Estonian islands (there are another 1421 smaller ones). Its landscape still shows the signs of the times when pagan tribes of Livs and Ests fought against the Livonian knights protecting their freedom, land and religion. That’s why medieval churches of Saaremaa often look like small castles rather than houses of prayers. Another attraction here is the beautiful and diverse nature of the island. Picturesque landscapes will follow us everywhere we travel.
Adventure orientation tour will be offered for riders: self-dependent sightseeing program to be accomplished following given legends map. Escorting guide will meet at the end of the tour.
Overnight in Saaremaa.

Day 10 (338 km drive)
Our tour heads south of the Baltics. We leave Saaremaa and drive to Riga. En route we visit Parnu, the summer capital of Estonia.  Our route continues along the scenic Via Baltica route  connecting  Warsaw and Helsinki. Today’s ride will take about 6 hours.  Late afternoon arrival to Riga, history rich and contemporary vibrant city.
Riga - the biggest city of the Baltic States, the capital of modern Latvia, a free, bohemian and artistic city during the Soviet rule, the most developed city of Russian Empire, the capital of the lands which belonged to Livonian Brothers of the Sword in the Middle Ages.  It combines a medieval old town, endless Art Nouveau blocks and a modern city of wide avenues, skyscrapers and shopping malls.
Overnight in Riga.

Day 11 ( 420  km drive)
Morning visit to Riga's Motormuseum, famous for its unique collection of cars and motorcycles. Then we will continue to Vilnius, using local roads where traffic is not so intensive. Ride direction taken will give us an opportunity to explore a ride on famous road Berzhinka in Lithuania – it’s on the most hilly and winding road with distance of 42 km .
Late afternoon we arrive to countryside guesthouse near Trakai.
